  • Pre-intervention audit — target hardware inventory, scope-of-work, window scheduling, ticket opening with the datacenter NOC
  • Coordination — alignment with client IT manager + datacenter operations, access and PDU confirmation
  • Execution — on-site team with real-time photo report via ticket, continuous communication with the remote client
  • Validation — smoke test, baseline performance, monitoring check, cabling verification
  • Hand-over — updated LLD, runbook, escalation contact list, final photos; client sign-off
  • Maintenance — entry into monthly on-call cycle or on-demand, continuous monitoring if subscribed
